President's Letter, November 2025

Published on 2 November 2025 at 20:41

"Insensibility prevents us from being touched at the sight of the corporal and spiritual wretchedness of our neighbor; it leaves us without charity, without zeal, unmoved at the offenses committed against God."  - St. Vincent de Paul

Give me, Lord, a compassionate heart, sensitive to the physical and spiritual needs of those around me.

November makes us ever-more thankful for all the blessings we have. We are thankful for all the friends we have made over the years as Ladies of Charity. We are thankful for all our special projects everyone has worked so hard to accomplish. We are thankful for generous donors who help us keep our work with the poor and marginalized going each year. We are thankful for all of you who have stepped up to take on an office in your association, as was evident of the great turn out at our last officers’ meeting.

Let’s practice being thankful this month and receiving the “Eucharist” that means thanksgiving. Our pastor suggests we include five new blessings in our everyday prayers. Pray for all those who have passed and give thanks for all blessings in your life.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the office with any questions or concerns you have.
Your call will be directed to the right person who can help.
